The location was magnificent, relatively near Oporto Coliseum. The continental breakfast was reasonable and had lots of meals.

The hotel staff were poor, check-in was slow.

The stay here was nice for a long time. The staff were polite, accommodating, would stay here again. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to a baroque church.

Ample sized room and exceptional view. Neat and moderately priced hotel in Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district. Fabulous restaurants. The pool was amazing and the garden - green. All in all very good value for money.

Wi-Fi was slow.

We appreciated location and staff and great prices. Visited their restaurant Cafe Guarany couple of times. We had the basic double room and it had a sunny balcony. We would come here again, if travelling to Porto.

A train station was not far from hotel. Satisfactory breakfast was available. What a marvelous location.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
